Best tacos in town! Nothing else compares and the pricing is very reasonable. You won't regret trying this place.

Best Mexican in SWFL, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. This place has turned into my gold standard for authentic Mexican food and honestly the best I've ever had. Tortillas made fresh in house, salsa always has some real heat and is outstanding, and very generous portions of meat across all dishes. Service is quick and we always have our food within 10-15 min of sitting down. Been coming here for 4 years and still haven't had anything else better.

My go to on 41 is Taqueria San Julian but with the summer heat I wanted a place to sit inside comfortably. Pulled into this parking lot at Noon on a Tuesday. Place has 20+ tables and they were mostly filled, the server/host greeted me and sat me. Told me to get a drink out of the fridges along the wall. Few minutes later she came back and asked what I wanted. Ordered 3 pork tacos, seeing as it was my first time there. Food came out about 5 minutes later. Went to the register and paid. In and out in less than 30-minutes. $13 was the bill. 3 tacos and a drink. Next time I'll be ordering the steak huaraches.

Best tacos I've had so far in Ft myers. I like the setup you can grab a drink if your choice with their gas station styled drink refrigerators on the side of the restaurant. The food is also very affordable here. I usually order steak tacos.

Excellent true authentic Mexican food. Small Menu but everything is phenomenal. Large portions and well worth the cost. The staff are responsive and working their butts off. I highly appreciate their customer service. My only complaint is the salsa options are all spicy, but that's ok because the freshly made chips are delicious on their own.

A little bit expensive, but the steak platter was probably the best that I've ever eaten at a Mexican restaurant. I like the vibes !

When I say the most authentic Mexican restaurant in SWFL, I absolutely mean it. I am obsessed with Mexican cuisine. I feel bad when people tell me where they get tacos in Fort Myers and the answer is not La Poblanita. Do you want a pro tip? Here's one: if you're looking for Mexican food, find out where Mexican (and/or Hispanic) people go out to eat. As soon as you step into La Poblanita, you know you're in the right place. There's nothing extra about this place, no fancy margarita menu, no accommodating menu items, just authentic Mexican food. Every item I've tried is exceptional, whether on the regular menu or their specials. The tacos are my favorite. Carne asada, chorizo, and shrimp are my go-to meats. Their Platillos, or entrée dishes, are definitely worth what you're paying for. Your choice of meat with Mexican rice, beans, and tortillas. I would also recommend their quesadillas and tamales. Wash it all down with a Modelo (never Corona) or a Jarritos and you'll be happy you came. Please do yourself the favor and give La Poblanita a shot. If you feel out of place, just know that the staff is very helpful.

These are the best tacos I've ever had. They give you a ton of meat, the steak is perfect, juicy with crisp edges & lots of cilantro & onions. The pork tacos are delicious too but I love the steak!! Their rice & beans are so full of flavor. I love this place!! Thank you!!

07 March 2021 Fort Myers , Florida If you are hungry and looking for authentic Mexican Food , look no further. They make some of the best tacos in Fort Myers. Yes , they offer Menudo , but only on Sunday's , never on a Monday. Sunday is the day of rest when their Menudo taste the best. Monday's through Thursday's they offer Tortas on the Menu ... AND ... just for you Burrito lovers they offer Burritos from Monday to Saturday , but Never on a Sunday , a Sunday , that's they day burrito eaters need to take a rest :) You just know the food is Comida Mexicana auténtica ( authentic ) because almost 95% of their clientele are from Mexico or Central America. Latinos know authentic when they taste it :) Oh , and for non Spanish speakers , yes , the servers speak English as well as Spanish. The Menu is located on the back wall for all to see in large signs. Parking is free in the private lot. Also , the tortillas are "hand made" on the premise leading to very fresh Tacos warm off of the grill.
